Scott’s journey into the New England commercial construction world began with a series of hands-on roles - as a laborer, carpenter, job superintendent, estimator, and project manager - which provided him with an understanding of every aspect of construction.
Scott’s track record includes:

• Mill Redevelopment Leadership: For 12 years, Scott led the transformation of the historic 1,000,000 sf North Dam Mill/Pepperell Mill Campus in Biddeford, revitalizing the space into a mixed-use development.
